1Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, including buyers of cars, trucks, RVs, and other vehicles purchased or bid on through our platform.

2Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design elements, features, and functionality displayed on our platform are the exclusive property of our company and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

• Copying, redistributing, or modifying content is prohibited

• Use of our trademarks requires prior written consent

• Content is provided for personal and non-commercial use only

3User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Important Notice
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any activity that occurs under your account, including bidding or purchasing vehicles.

4Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of our services.

Unauthorized data scraping or content retrieval

Publishing harmful, misleading, or illegal content

Framing or reproducing content without permission

Attempting to access restricted areas or systems

514-Day Inspection, Returns & Refunds

The Buyer shall have fourteen (14) calendar days from confirmed delivery to inspect and test the Vehicle and provide written notice of acceptance or rejection.

If the Buyer rejects the Vehicle during the inspection period, the Buyer shall be refunded the Purchase Price in full within twenty-four (24) hours of the Vehicle being successfully returned to Impex Motor Group LLC’s warehouse. Impex Motor Group LLC shall arrange for return transportation via its approved carriers.

The Purchase Price will be securely maintained in escrow during the 14-day inspection period until the buyer accepts the vehicle and signs the final documentation. The Purchase Price may be released to Impex Motor Group LLC earlier only if the Buyer accepts the Vehicle and authorizes release in writing, allowing the transaction to be completed.

6Disclaimers

Your use of the service is at your own risk. The website and all services—including listings for equipment, RVs, cars, trucks, and related assets—are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will meet your expectations or operational needs

• The service will be uninterrupted or free from defects

• Any results obtained through our service will be accurate

• Errors or issues will be corrected immediately

7Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services, including transactions involving equipment, vehicles, or auction bids.

8Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

9Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the service at any time, with or without cause, including violations of these Terms or misuse of our platform.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which our company operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11Changes to Terms

We may revise or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
